The School Board plays an important role in advising our Principal and guiding the direction of our school. Board members advise and are consulted on areas including school finances, enrolments, planning and school policy.
Board members include our Principal, nominated parents, the Parish Priest and nominated teaching staff. Our Board operates in a voluntary capacity and meets every month.
We very much value the contribution of all Board members and encourage interested parents and caregivers to nominate to join the Board. Expressions of interest are accepted in the period leading up to the Annual General Meeting which is normally held in November each year.
Our current Board members are:
- Chairperson – Tony Pickburn
- Vice Chairperson - Simone Roney
- Secretary – Kirsty Douglas
- Treasurer – Glenn Richmond
- Parish Priest Ex-offico – Father Michael Quynh Do
- P&F Representative to the School Board – VACANT
- Principal – Darren McDonald
- Assistant Principals - Tiffany Johnson and Andrew Gaudoin
- Members – Jayne Aland, Michelle Urquhart-Holdcroft, Chris Wiegele
We work in close partnership with our Parish Priest, Father Michael Quynh Do who is a valued supporter of and a regular visitor to our school.
For class liturgies we are fortunate to have a dedicated Chapel onsite. Parents are always welcome to attend these important events and the dates and times can be found on our Calendar page.
